Aaron OS is a private personal-use application operated by its owner. It accesses Google account data only after explicit authorization and only to provide requested personal automation functions.
Google data Aaron OS may access
Depending on the permissions granted, Aaron OS may access Gmail message and thread data, labels, metadata, and drafts in order to review, organize, classify, archive, label, and prepare draft responses.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide Aaron OS functionality to the authorized account owner. Aaron OS does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Aaron OS may retain limited operational metadata, execution history, and locally generated state necessary to provide and audit its automation. Access credentials and user data are not intentionally made public.
Sharing
Aaron OS does not sell or share Google user data with third parties except where processing is necessary to provide the requested service or where required by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Aaron OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
